Hi there everyone! It's that time again "What's for dinner?" GASP!Everyone has some little go-to recipes. Why not try something quick and easy.Chicken. Yeah, I know we're tired of chicken, but don't look at it that way. There's so many different ways and recipes to try.Quick and easy chicken dinners are all about what tastes good and the preparation with just a few simple ingredients. Let's face it our ancestors got tired of plain ol' chicken and that's why new recipes have evolved from past generations. Just look in any cookbook and see that there are dozens of recipes in each cookbook and how many hundreds or thousands of cookbooks are there? For something different try grilling it indoors on a grillpan. As long as you use cooking spray it is not that hard to clean up.Grilling does not just mean slapping barbeque sauce on it and letting it burn to a crisp. There are many, many recipes for herb rubs and butters to work with your chicken. Remember we live in the 21st century and we can utilize so many different cooking methods and utensils. And don't forget all the good oils that are available to help make that healthy chicken.You can cook for yourself on a very moderated budget and still make surprising and tasty meals.We all know we have escaped to the food oblivion that is take out. Don't fool yourself into thinking that it is better than anything you can cook.You don't have to be a chef to make a simple and tasty chicken dinner. All you need are basics and the want and desire to make a meal that you would be proud to serve, whether it is to a large crowd or just a quick chicken dinner for two. Just try and when you find out what is your favorite new way to cook chicken, go for a second spin around the old cookbooks and see what kind of recipes you can tune up for your newfound easy chicken recipes.
